As a wise man once told me, look for two things in a gym. 1: they let you use chalk. 2: they have dumbbells that go to at least 100. The added bonus is there is a designated deadlifting platform, as well as a whole room for Olympic lifting.

Clean and organized club! Always someone on staff to help or get a spot from. There's something for everyone-plenty of free weights, equipment and classes are included so that's a plus!
I really enjoy teaching yoga on Wednesday at 10. When I started the class had 3 steady students, now it's around 10. This gym honors Silvers Sneakers. The owners and staff are supportive and kind My students are wonderful. I recently began swimming in the pool. The water temperature is comfortable. Attractive plants surround pool area. Locker area clean and nice. I am grateful for everything.
This is the best and most complete training facility in Lane County. Whether you are just getting started or you are a seasoned athlete, they have everything You will ever need. Extremely well run and awesome staff make this the best gym around. Check out the pool, the hot tub and His and Hers Saunas. Massage on site.. Olympic lifting room, I could go in and in, but might as well just go see it for yourself!
I love this gym! The gym and the equipment are always clean. There is always a friendly staff member available to help. The selection of cardio, weights, classes and aqua aerobics are fantastic! I recommend trying out both the Cottage Grove and Creswell locations.
