Nice family manufactured home community
The manager and owners do enforce can curb-appeal rules with fair tenaciousness... But these rules are there to keep these place looking decent, and free of the trash-vibe that can often times accompany a manufactured home community... While it certainly sucks pretty bad to have to struggle to maintain an entire yard all by my lonesome, it's absolutely better than not Hammond the rules at all...
Clean, well kept and quiet. Reasonable space rent. Some RV space available too.
Quiet place, clean and mostly friendly neighborhood. Houses are maintained and yards as well. Good ratio of all ages love here
